The facilitation programs listed below have been designed / customized as per the organization requirements and conducted by NCR Academy. Total Quality Leadership

To create a culture of executive leadership in the organization leading to reduced costs and process cycle efficient processes, improved quality of products/services, better team work and overall financial gains. This program was originally designed by Coopers and Lybrand for GE and later on customized for Allied Signals, Xerox and many other organisations. The program when implemented at a particular scale in the organisation has the potential to achieve dramatic results in creating: a) culture of leadership and decision making down the line, b) improved product and service quality; c) cost-reduction and an overall climate of urgency & growth in the organization. We have conducted this program in steel, telecom, electronics, and manufacturing companies.

Mentoring & Coaching skills for senior management

This program has a serious impact on the senior executives. At a conceptual level, it emphasizes their role in building the people and the organization. The workshop creates self-motivation among executive and a positive approach toward self, others, and work.

Leadership Communication

It looks into the context in which the leaders communicate. Analysis, Problem solving & Decision making

Decisions have to be made at all levels and not jus the senior levels alone. Infact, people at the lower levels at times shirk away from taking decision, which causes the decline in the quality of decision making at higher levers. The purpose of the workshop is to enhance the decision-making attitude & skills at every level. Also it focuses on analytical and problem solving tools that enhance the quality and speed our decision making. Director & CEO

Aditya Tyagi is an executive coach, trainer, and motivational speaker. He offers management skills, behavioral training, and business consulting & advisory services to a number of reputed Indian and multi-national companies.
Before setting up his own consulting and training practice, he gained experience in research, academics, and the corporate world. He is a Doctorate from Maxwell School of Social Sciences, Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY. He has been awarded the prestigious junior fellowship of Smithsonian Institute, Washington. He has also served as a Member of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) National Committee on HRD. Besides exposure in Indian industry, He has significant international exposure in particular in USA, UK, Germany, Japan, & Singapore
